یک بستر بین‌المللی برای توسعه، آموزش و پژوهش در حوزه برنامه‌ریزی عصبی‌کلامی (NLP)، کوچینگ و توسعه سرمایه انسانی در آسیاست.

این مجموعه با هدف گسترش استانداردهای حرفه‌ای، ارتقای کیفیت آموزش، حمایت از پژوهش‌های علمی و ایجاد همکاری میان مربیان، کوچ‌ها، پژوهشگران و سازمان‌های بین‌المللی فعالیت می‌کند.

      OMR – Omraie Intervention Model

      A Holistic, Integrated & Systemic Path in Coaching and Communication

      The OMR Intervention Model, developed by Professor Reza Omraie, is a structured and practical framework for personal, professional, and organizational transformation.

      The model consists of five progressive phases:

      O – Observe — Developing awareness through mindful observation.

      U – Understand  Understanding beliefs, values, needs, patterns, and deeper meanings.

      M – Match — Aligning values, strengths, goals, and identity.

      R – Raise — Developing resources, competencies, motivation, and possibilities.

      A – Align — Integrating thoughts, emotions, behaviors, values, and goals into meaningful and sustainable action.

      The OMR Model integrates NLP, Professional Coaching, Systemic Approach, Personal Transformation, and Sustainable Change.

      مدل مداخله‌ای OMR – مدل عمرائی

      مسیر جامع، یکپارچه و سیستمی در کوچینگ و ارتباطات

      مدل مداخله‌ای OMR که توسط پروفسور رضا عمرائی توسعه یافته است، چارچوبی ساختاریافته و کاربردی برای تحول فردی، حرفه‌ای و سازمانی است.

      این مدل افراد را در یک مسیر پنج‌مرحله‌ای از آگاهی تا اقدام هدفمند و تغییر پایدار هدایت می‌کند:

       O – Observe | مشاهده

      ایجاد آگاهی از طریق مشاهده دقیق و بدون قضاوت افکار، احساسات، رفتارها، الگوهای ارتباطی و محیط.

       U – Understand | درک

      شناخت و بررسی عمیق‌تر باورها، ارزش‌ها، نیازها، انگیزه‌ها، تجربیات، الگوها و معنای پنهان رفتارها و موقعیت‌ها.

       M – Match | همخوانی

      بررسی و هماهنگ‌سازی ارزش‌ها، نقاط قوت، اهداف و هویت برای ایجاد انسجام بیشتر و انتخاب‌های آگاهانه.

       R – Raise | ارتقا

      توسعه منابع درونی و بیرونی، تقویت شایستگی‌ها، افزایش انگیزه و گسترش امکانات و ظرفیت‌های فردی و حرفه‌ای.

       A – Align | همسویی

      ایجاد یکپارچگی میان افکار، احساسات، رفتارها، ارزش‌ها و اهداف و تبدیل آن‌ها به اقدام معنادار و پایدار.

      مدل OMR با تلفیق NLP، کوچینگ حرفه‌ای، رویکرد سیستمی، تحول فردی و تغییر پایدار، مسیری عملی برای ایجاد تحول معنادار در فرد، خانواده، مدیریت، کسب‌وکار و سازمان فراهم می‌کند.
